Would you like to join a globally recognised luxury brand where you'll play a key role in shaping retail media planning across some of the UK's biggest retail partners?

The Media Planning Manager will lead the development and delivery of retail media plans, working closely with retailers, brand teams, and agency partners to create effective, insight-led campaigns that drive commercial performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong media planning background with experience working directly with retailers or retailer media networks.

The Role:

  • Lead the planning and execution of retail media plans across key UK retail partners.
  • Work closely with retailers, retail media networks and brand teams to develop integrated media plans.
  • Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to ensure media activity supports wider business objectives.
  • Manage retail media budgets, ensuring investment is optimised to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Evaluate retailer media proposals and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, delivering reporting, insights, and optimisation recommendations.
  • Support the development of retail media best practices, planning processes, and ways of working.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external retail partners to influence planning decisions.

About You:

  • Experience in media planning, with a strong understanding of retail media.
  • Ideally, experience working directly with retailers or retailer media networks to develop media plans.
  • Experience gained either agency-side or client-side.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel media planning and campaign optimisation.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing media budgets and analysing campaign performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about retail media and excited by the opportunity to shape best practice within a global business.
