Media Manager - Top Independent Agency - Innovative and Creative Client

A leading independent agency are looking for a Media Manager to work on an innovative brand renowned for creativity and trying new ideas. This agency and client are growing so there are great opportunities for future development and growth.

  • You will have the opportunity to manage and grow client accounts, delivering effective, insight-led media planning.
  • This particular client are looking to embrace innovation and media first, so there is lots of opportunity for strategic planning and creative ideas.
  • Build strong client relationships, respond to briefs, and ensure all work is accurate, timely, and high quality.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce new ideas that drive performance.
  • Lead and support junior team members, overseeing workload and development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and external agencies to deliver campaigns.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and actively build industry relationships.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in media planning across multiple channels.
  • Experience of buying would be helpful.
  • Strong client servicing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and writing ability.
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and delivering value.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to generate ideas and spot opportunities.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Interest in media trends, platforms, and industry developments.
