Role Overview – Media & Production Assistant

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and technically minded Media & Production Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality digital content, live productions, events, and creative projects across Imagine X Global.

This exciting role is ideal for someone passionate about video production, photography, live events, content creation, and emerging technologies. Working alongside our creative and production teams, you will help capture stories, create engaging media content, and support the technical delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard whilst helping create memorable experiences for our clients, partners, and audiences worldwide.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Media Production & Content Creation

  • Assist with filming, photography, and content capture across a variety of events, productions, and client projects.
  • Support video editing, post-production, and content delivery workflows.
  • Help create engaging content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content and create visual assets that showcase Imagine X Global projects and culture.
  • Support live streaming and virtual event production.
  • Maintain media asset libraries and organise digital content efficiently.
  • Assist with graphic design and digital content creation where appropriate.
  • Contribute creative ideas during planning, production, and post-production stages.

Event Production & Technical Support

  • Support the delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Assist with event setup, operation, and dismantling.
  • Support audio-visual systems including cameras, lighting, sound, streaming platforms, and production technology.
  • Assist with presentation management, show calling support, and live event operations.
  • Ensure production equipment is prepared, maintained, and ready for deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues under the guidance of senior production team members.
  • Help ensure excellent audience and client experiences during events.

Creative Project Support

  • Collaborate with the wider creative, production, and project management teams.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support the creation of production schedules, shot lists, cue sheets, and project files.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative development meetings.
  • Help manage project assets, file storage, and production workflows.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Support marketing campaigns through the creation of visual and multimedia content.
  • Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content publishing.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Imagine X Global brand guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance and contribute ideas for ongoing improvement.
  • Help showcase client success stories, events, and company achievements through engaging content.

What May Make You Suitable for the Role

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Media, Film, Creative Production, Events, Marketing, Digital Content, or a related field.
  • Passion for video production, photography, content creation, and live events.
  • Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Familiarity with photography, camera operation, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Interest in live streaming, hybrid event platforms, and production technology.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during events and productions.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
  • Looking for a challenge with aspirations for long-term development within the company.
  • Clean driving licence.
