Media Rights Manager - London/Hybrid - £40,000-£50,000 doe

Join a fast-growing international sports and media organisation that is redefining how a global endurance sport is consumed by fans worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Media Rights professional to play a key role in delivering and scaling global media rights partnerships across broadcast, OTT, digital and creator-led platforms.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll help drive audience growth, maximise distribution opportunities and support the delivery of world-class live sports content across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute global media rights strategies across broadcast, OTT, digital and emerging platforms
  • Manage relationships with broadcasters, agencies and distribution partners
  • Coordinate live and non-live content delivery to rights holders and partners
  • Support commercial negotiations, renewals and rights management activities
  • Identify new distribution opportunities to drive audience growth and engagement
  • Monitor performance data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee content syndication, digital distribution and monetisation initiatives
  • Ensure operational excellence across media delivery workflows and partner servicing
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Content, Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Finance

Key Requirements

  • 3–5+ years' experience within media rights, broadcast operations, content distribution or sports media
  • Strong understanding of broadcast, OTT and digital media ecosystems
  • Experience managing external partners and stakeholder relationships
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passion for sport, media and audience growth
