Job Title: Sales Closer
The Opportunity
As a Sales Closer, you’ll engage directly with business owners to demonstrate how a documentary feature can:

Expected Earnings & Commission Structure
- 100% commission-only: Earn 10% of revenue collected
- Earnings tiers (realistic, non-generic predictions):
- Starter rep: $5,000–$6,000/month
- Mid-trailblazer: $10,000–$20,000/month
- Top guns: $20,000–$30,000/month
- Recurring income: Top performers build a book of business (adding $10,000–$15,000/month post-year-one)
- Hours commitment: Most reps: 5–8 hours/day; top: outbound effort in decreased hours
Note:
*“Not everyone succeeds” – Roughly 50% of reps are removed within 30 days. Those remaining build momentum.”
Responsibilities
Your Daily Role:
- Ethical consultative selling: Consult, never high-pressure tactics
- Take 16x 30-minute Zoom calls daily (all inbound, booked via Typeform)
- Sell TV Media packages: Package formats range from $10,000–$100,000
- Camera on, always present: Bring professional attire for daily calls
- Tech-proficient: Manage CRM updates, SMS communication, and digital reports post-call
- AttenDance: Mandatory daily morning training
- Work style: 100% remote – Professional home setup highly required

Credentials & Expectations
Required:
- 4+ years sales experience – Proven ability to engage, consult, and close.
Preferred Experience:
- Bootcamp comrades: Sales roles in marketing, advertising, media, or branding
- High-ticket closers – B2B inbound sales and consultative selling ideal
- Entrepreneurship: Founders’ mindset accelerates organic relatability
