We’re working with a fast-growing, creative out-of-home (OOH) advertising company, specialised in billboard media, to recruit a high-performing Media Sales Executive to join their Shoreditch team.
This is a new-business role for a tele-sales professional who thrives on prospecting. You’ll identify and prospect new opportunities, consult with decision-makers, and close deals across your territory, supported by access to an existing contact database.

Essential requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience (no industry-specific requirement—results matter)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
- Excellent organisation, with an "on time is 5 minutes late" attitude
What You’ll Do
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets plus daily KPIs
- Generate new business through cold calling, supplemented by an existing contact database
- Become an expert in OOH billboard advertising, advising clients on campaign effectiveness
- Adopt a structured, organised approach to lead generation and closing
- Book client meetings to meet appointment KPIs
- Build and manage an active pipeline to expand customer base and sales volume
