Media Sales Executive, Shoreditch, London | £35-45k base, £60k–70k OTE (uncapped)

We're working with a fast-growing, creative out-of-home (OOH) advertising company, specialists in billboard media, to recruit a high-performing Media Sales Executive to join their Shoreditch team.

This is a new-business role for a tele-sales professional who thrives on the hunt. You'll identify and prospect new opportunities, consult with decision-makers, and close deals across your territory, supplemented by access to a database of existing contacts.

What we're looking for

  • You're hungry to win and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • You follow a structured sales process without sounding robotic.
  • You listen properly to your customers.
  • You lead conversations with confidence.
  • You communicate clearly to any audience (think news-reader).
  • You stay genuinely curious about your clients' businesses.
  • You know your conversion rates at every stage of the pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
