Media Sales Manager – Sports & Digital Media £40,000–£50,000 + commission London, UK (Hybrid)

Our client is a fast-growing digital media business operating at the intersection of sport, entertainment, and culture. With a highly engaged global audience and premium multi-platform content offering, they partner with brands to deliver creative campaigns across video, social, podcasts, editorial, live experiences, and branded content.

The Opportunity • Join a rapidly expanding media business with a passionate, globally engaged audience. • Work across premium sponsorship and partnership opportunities spanning digital, social, video, podcast, and live events. • Build relationships with brands, agencies, and sports marketing partners across international markets. • Be part of a collaborative environment where editorial, content, and commercial teams work closely together. • Gain exposure to high-profile events, industry networking opportunities, and major brand campaigns.

Responsibilities • Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline across digital media and partnership solutions. • Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account development. • Develop creative partnership ideas and tailored pitches for prospective clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to shape commercially valuable campaigns and content opportunities. • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management. • Represent the business at industry events, launches, and networking opportunities.

Your Profile • 2–4 years’ experience in media sales, partnerships, sponsorship, or digital advertising. • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building client relationships and generating revenue. • Passion for sport, digital media, audience engagement, or entertainment content. • Confident presenter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Organised, resilient, and motivated by growth opportunities.
