Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and commercially minded sales professional to join our team. You'll be confident working autonomously, selling advertising, media space, sponsorship, and event opportunities across our print, digital, and live event portfolio. You'll have experience developing both new and existing business opportunities and be comfortable creating and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships while proactively seeking out new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling. Experience within advertising, publishing, media, events, or sponsorship sales is essential, while knowledge of the health and social care sector would be a distinct advantage.
The Role
As Media Sales & Sponsorship Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle across a range of publishing products and events. You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and developing commercial strategies to support business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
