Our client is looking for an experienced Media Systems Engineer to join its expanding engineering team.
This is an opportunity to work on major international broadcast productions, supporting media systems that power some of the world's best-known television programmes. You'll divide your time between worldwide assignments and the UK base in Surrey, delivering engineering expertise across media workflows, networking, storage and production systems.

- Building, configuring and supporting media systems for broadcast projects
- Installing and operating video server systems both in the UK and internationally
- Supporting media workflows, storage platforms and editing environments
- Troubleshooting technical issues both onsite and remotely
- Preparing and testing equipment ahead of productions
- Advising production teams and clients on technical workflows
- Supporting junior engineers and contributing to engineering best practice

You'll Ideally Have Experience With
- Media systems engineering within broadcast or post-production
- Avid Media Composer and the wider Avid ecosystem
- IP networking
- Windows and macOS
- Shared storage technologies including Avid NEXIS and QNAP
- Building and maintaining computer systems
- Working independently on client sites
- A full UK driving licence
- Comfortable with extensive worldwide travel.
