The Position
The Opportunity
As a Medical Affairs Operations Lead, you will be a strategic partner in the execution of global launch preparations and clinical adoption activities for our medical solutions. You will drive operational excellence by managing timelines, resources, and budgets for high-impact medical projects. - Master Operational Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of medical affairs activities, from resource identification and scheduling to budget monitoring and delivery
- Drive Launch Excellence: Partner with cross-functional squads to provide agile facilitation support for the development of Integrated Evidence Plans and global launch strategies
- Elevate Medical Education: Lead the planning and execution of global medical education programs, webinars, and high-profile scientific events such as congresses and advisory boards
- Champion Strategic Communication: Manage the content for digital platforms, newsletters, and communication channels to ensure our medical insights are effectively disseminated
- Build Global Partnerships: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to ensure compliant and efficient handling of all medical affairs initiatives
- Navigate Compliance: Oversee the preparation and tracking of contracts and interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, ensuring adherence to global quality and legal standards
- Inspire Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiencies by sharing best practices within your team, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange and lifelong learning

Who You Are
You are a proactive and self-directed project management professional who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. You bring a tactical and strategic mindset to complex operational challenges and are passionate about fostering a culture of belonging and high performance.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Strong Educational Background: A degree or advanced degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) in Project Management, Business Administration, or Life Sciences
- Industry Experience: 3–5+ years of related experience within the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors
- Project Management Mastery: Proven expertise in project management and communication; a PMP certification or experience in agile methodologies is a strong advantage
- Strategic & Matrix Leadership: A track record of leading complex, cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Global Mindset: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones
