Job Descriptions
- Working with the Marketing department to develop training programs and directly train the sales team on product knowledge and skills.
- Collect, analyze documents, scientific and market information to develop product training content and design ideas for advertising and product introduction materials.
- Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure implementation and skills development.
- Presenting and introducing products at seminars at hospitals or seminars.
- Support the sales team by providing scientific and marketing materials related to the product and meeting with the KoLs when needed.
- Support the Marketing and Sales department to organize product exhibitions at conferences and seminars.
- Working with Marketing department and Sales department to develop new product development plans.
- Participating in domestic and international conferences and seminars to improve professional knowledge and working skills.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements
- Graduated from Medical and Pharmaceutical University, Biotechnology, Biochemistry.
- Experience at least 05 years in the field of Pharmaceuticals.
- Fluent in English, especially in reading and translating specialized documents.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Love the training.
- Good computer skills.
- At least 03 years of experience as a trainer or equivalent position.
