Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant or LPN, you will support clinical operations by assisting providers and delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient workflows within the practice.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting providers with patient examination, procedures, and treatment
- Collecting patient histories and preparing patients for visits
- Performing routine lab procedures and preparing specimens for transport to the lab
- Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients
- Maintaining patient education materials
- Managing and updating patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintaining medical equipment and ordering clinical supplies
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education

Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related technical training
Experience
- Preferred:
- Two (2) years of Medical Assistant experience
Licensure / Certification
- Required:
- Approved Medical Assistant Certification within six (6) months of hire OR proof of active license/certification as one of the following:
- EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or NREMT
- Paramedic
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Approved Medical Assistant Certification within six (6) months of hire OR proof of active license/certification as one of the following:
