Job Description
We are searching a hard-working, personable Medical Assistant for our Traverse City office. This position would require that the candidate is able to travel between some of our other clinic locations, as well, to help with coverage. Base wage is $16.50 with ADDITIONAL compensation applied to those meeting experience, certification, and/or educational criteria. Our productivity bonus program can earn you up to $200 + per month on top of your base wage. APPLY TODAY!

REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be dependable, have reliable transportation and have a willing attitude. Candidates should be detail orientated with a focus on quality and customer service and have computer skills. Medical experience preferred, but new graduates with great work ethics, personality and meeting other requirements are welcome to apply.

JOB DETAILS: As a part of our team, you will enjoy working directly with other healthcare staff to prepare patient exam rooms, start patient visits, review medical history, take vitals, update and maintain electronic medical records, assist with office procedures, problem solve with patients in person and over the phone and ensure timely follow through for orders, referrals and prior authorizations for our patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 – $19.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
