Grace Academy Darlaston,

Medical Assistant (27.5 hours per week - TT+2)

£25,185 - £26,403 (actual £18,316 - £19,852)

We are seeking to appoint a caring and capable Medical Assistant to join our team, providing first aid and attending to the medical needs of our students. The successful candidate will carry out prompt and accurate assessments, administer basic treatment, and call on emergency or specialist services when needed, keeping staff and parents informed throughout. You'll look after students who feel unwell, deciding whether they should return to lessons or be sent home, and will work closely with parents and healthcare professionals to support students with Individual Health Care Plans. If you're calm under pressure, compassionate, and committed to student wellbeing, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
