About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company providing integrative care and hormonal testing for over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company.

Mira’s breakthrough innovation was creating the market’s only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition.

We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.

About The Position

Mira is building out its B2B function to reach the practitioners who recommend Mira to their patients. We're hiring a Medical Content Specialist to produce the content that educates and converts this audience: webinar presentations, clinically grounded blog articles, and sales enablement materials.

This is a hands-on production role. You'll turn clinical evidence and product information into clear, credible content that respects a practitioner's time and intelligence. You'll work closely with marketing and clinical leads — your job is to execute at a high standard and keep the content pipeline moving.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in medical/scientific content, health/pharma marketing, medical communications, editorial, or content operations. A clinical or scientific background (RN, PharmD, PhD, MD, or life-sciences degree) — a strong plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical or scientific material into clear content for an expert audience — please share writing samples aimed at a professional or clinical reader.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with real attention to detail and claims sensitivity.
  • Solid project management: comfortable running multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and feedback loops at once.
  • Ability to storyboard presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides; Figma or design-tool familiarity a plus).
  • Comfort using AI and digital tools to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to physicians, nurses, or fertility/reproductive-health specialists.
  • Familiarity with CMS, project management, and email platforms; understanding of how content supports the sales funnel.

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

  • Build webinar presentations and speaker decks: structure the narrative, write the content, and design slides that hold up in front of a clinical audience.
  • Write clinical blog articles for a practitioner audience — translating studies, mechanisms, and product data into accurate, readable content that supports Mira's credibility with HCPs.
  • Create sales enablement materials: one-pagers, product explainers, objection-handling docs, email templates, and pitch support for the commercial team.
  • Draft and maintain content briefs, calendars, and production trackers so nothing stalls between draft and delivery.
  • Coordinate designers and reviewers to move assets from brief to final.
  • Edit, proofread, and QA content for clarity, structure, claims sensitivity, formatting, links, and CTAs.
  • Keep content aligned to Mira's brand voice, practitioner personas, and the evidence base behind our products.
  • Repurpose content across formats (e.g., turn a webinar into a blog series and a sales one-pager) to get more mileage from each asset.
  • Use AI tools to work faster while maintaining originality, accuracy, and judgment.
