Job Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedics Scrub Nurse to leverage their clinical expertise in a new and exciting career path within the medical devices industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, education, and training on our orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Support: Provide on-site clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the correct use of our devices.
- Training & Education: Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use, benefits, and best practices of our orthopaedic products.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse, specifically within orthopaedics.
- Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instrumentation.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and educate medical professionals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the commercial side of the medical industry.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across the North West.
