Medical Education & Events Programs Coordinator β€” EMEA

πŸ“ South England (near Reading), Remote

About the Role

We are representing a medical device company specialising in robotic-assisted surgical technology for urology, on a search for a Medical Education & Events Programs Coordinator to join their Medical Education team across EMEA.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a device, pharma, or biotech background who wants to help transform patient care while building a career in medical education/marketing. You'll play a critical role in organizing and executing peer-to-peer educational programs that help educate urologists on the benefits of an innovative surgical robotics therapy β€” including engaging with clinical papers and working directly with physicians to help shape and refine their presentations.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with a growing network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the region to create, schedule, and deliver medical education programs. You'll join a wider UK team of around 50 people, reporting to the Director, Medical Education.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
