We are looking for a Medical Evidence Generation Lead, Immunology Europe who demonstrates Collaboration, Curiosity, and Care to join our Immunology Medical team, based at our UCB offices in Brussels, Belgium.

About the role

You will help shape evidence that supports better outcomes for people living with severe diseases. Using your scientific expertise and understanding of healthcare needs, you will contribute to the development and delivery of European evidence plans that support patient access and demonstrate the value of innovative treatments.

You will work across teams and external partnerships to ensure meaningful evidence reaches key healthcare decision-makers. Through collaboration and shared learning, you will help generate insights that make a difference for patients.

Who you will work with

You will join a collaborative and supportive European Medical community focused on advancing patient care through science. You will work closely with colleagues across global, European, and local medical teams, as well as healthcare experts, research partners, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Together, you will support learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while delivering evidence generation initiatives that help improve patient outcomes.

What you will do

  • Support European evidence plans aligned to patient access needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare experts and partners to address evidence gaps.
  • Deliver evidence generation projects within agreed timelines.
  • Manage budgets, oversight activities, and project performance tracking.
  • Support scientific publications and congress presentations.
  • Strengthen skills and collaboration across evidence generation communities.

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Advanced scientific degree in life sciences, medicine, or related discipline.
  • Experience in immunology and medical evidence generation activities.
  • Experience working across teams in complex organizations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare environments, oversight processes, and evidence planning.
  • Curious and adaptable professional with strong scientific and digital literacy.
