Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors is a leading law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals affected by medical negligence. We are seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor with 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic Medical Negligence team.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in medical negligence litigation with strong advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills. A good understanding of related legal issues such as inquests and the Human Rights Act is desirable.
Commitment to high quality client care and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively are essential. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment is required.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, handling medical negligence claims including inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases, and cases involving Human Rights Act claims. You will work alongside an experienced team committed to delivering excellent client care and achieving positive outcomes.
