Location: Runcorn, England, North West Job Type: Temporary Salary: £18.34 per hour (Overtime available)
Kinetic Recruitment are recruiting enthusiastic candidates for the role of Medical Packaging Operatives within a busy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company located in Runcorn.
This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop new skills. The role is initially for 6 months with the potential for extension, structured on a rotating schedule.
About the Role
- Working Conditions: Shifts rotate as follows:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
- Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts operating across two rotations: 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00.
- Weekend Work: Every other weekend.
- Background Checks: Mandatory DBS check and valid job documentation required prior to commencement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Standards as part of the manufacturing team.
- Pack and check products to ensure no deviations occur.
- Operate machinery as directed, while maintaining vigilance at all times.
- Report faults and complete necessary documentation accurately.
Requirements for the Applicant
- High standard of numeracy and literacy essential.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, enthusiasm and practical skills.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
- Willingness to support and assist production team members when needed.
