MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST / MEDICAL SECRETARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our team at Grosvenor Gardens Healthcare either at West Dulwich Clinic (SE21 8SZ) or Belgravia Clinic (SW1W 0DH).
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and experienced, enjoys patient contact to support the delivery of a high quality service. You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, flexibility, reliability and have an organised approach to work.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a dependable and highly adaptable individual who is able to work independently and has the ability to fit in quickly as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be a professional and committed individual with relevant experience working as a receptionist, ideally within a private clinic/hospital; however we would consider applications from individuals that have experience and a passion for patient/customer care within sales, retail or hospitality.
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence,
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments with patients,
- acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting patients,
- typing, preparing and collating reports, letters,
- maintaining filing systems,
- managing patient databases,
- liaising with relevant organisations and patients,
- coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks,
- taking payments, logging or processing bills or expenses,

Job Type: Full time/ Part time position
Salary: £29,745 pa pro rata (depending on past experience)
