The Doctors Marshlands are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic full-time medical receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team.

You’ll be approachable, confident, and empathetic, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail. As a reliable team member, you’ll deliver high-quality patient service and support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. Must be able to work between 07:30am and 05:30pm
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone
- Providing accurate information and outstanding customer service
- Booking appointments and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with general administrative duties
- Be approachable
- Be confident
- Be empathetic, patient, and understanding
- Be able to work efficiently to assist our patients
- Have great attention to detail, even when under pressure
- Be a reliable team member.

You will bring to the role:
- Experience in a medical setting (preferable)
- Proficient computer and IT literacy
- Experience in administration (medical preferred)
- Experience using patient management system
- Friendly, professional, and reliable approach
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with NZ Practice Management Systems (desirable)
