About the Role
As a Medical Records Administrator, you’ll bring a keen attention to detail, strong secretarial and organisation skills, and an dedication to supporting teams at all levels. You’ll be comfortable managing digital tools, working with sensitive information, and delivering unparalleled service to colleagues, patients, and visitors.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the healthcare team
- Ensure followed-adherence to patient confidentiality, compliance, and documentation protocols
- Prioritise and manage a busy workload efficiently under tight deadlines
- Liaise with departments to coordinate patient and hospital management records
- Use Microsoft Office, including advanced features like spreadsheets for data management
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and digital record-keeping experience
- Proficient with documentation and filing systems in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work with people under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- First-hand understanding of or enthusiasm for healthcare customer service
