Medical Sales Representative - Midlands (CLOSING 2nd July 2026)

Medical Sales Representative – Midlands

Are you looking to break into Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales, or already in the industry seeking a new challenge? We welcome applications from all candidates—emphasis on the individual!

About the Role

We are recruiting a bright, ambitious, motivated, and enthusiastic Medical Sales Representative to join the UK subsidiary of TRB Chemedica International, an innovative research-based biotechnology company specialising in bio-synthetic medical treatments for a wide variety of conditions.

As a territory sales representative, you will act as the vital bridge between the manufacturer and healthcare professionals, building lasting relationships while driving sales through education and value demonstration.

The role requires fieldwork across the Midlands, covering the NHS, private practices, and elite sports sectors, with a focus on promoting Orthopaedic, Imaging, and Ophthalmic products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet quarterly sales targets for Orthopaedic, Imaging, and Ophthalmic products in the Midlands region
  • Negotiate pricing agreements with stakeholders across healthcare departments
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions (regionally, nationally, and internationally) to present and educate on products
  • Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships within the NHS, private sector, and sports medicine
  • Manage a territory database and track account statuses
  • Compile a monthly activity report, including market insights, competitor analysis, and sales performance
  • Develop deep industry and product knowledge, including understanding NHS structures
  • Work independently, organising your time and selling presentations effectively
  • Successfully complete ABPI certification upon probation (if not already held)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
