Medical Sales Representative - Midlands

There’s a lot to like here. Strong products. A business with real growth plans. A supportive team that gives people the room to take ownership rather than watching over every move. It’s the sort of environment where you can build customer relationships properly and feel proud of what you’re taking to market.

It's a perfect role for someone who knows that great account relationships don’t happen by accident. They come from trust, consistency, and knowing how to have the right conversations with the right people. If you’ve got medical device sales experience and you’re ready for more autonomy, this could be the kind of move that gives you space to do the job properly.

As Medical Sales Representative, you’ll be close to the action, managing key accounts and playing a visible role in the company’s next stage of growth. For someone who wants more ownership, a clearer future, and a role that doesn’t feel like standing still, this is well worth a closer look.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
