Business Development Manager – Medical Devices (Hospital Sales)
South East England
£54,000 Basic + £12,000 Bonus + Additional Performance Bonus + £6,000 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Due to continued UK growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive commercial success across the South East. The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of an established territory across South East England, managing both existing NHS accounts and developing new business opportunities. This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trusted relationships with clinicians, demonstrating clinical value and delivering long-term health economic benefits rather than competing on price alone. - Driving new business across acute hospitals and community healthcare settings.
- Growing existing customer relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Selling a premium portfolio of capital equipment alongside recurring consumable revenue.
- Working closely with clinical stakeholders to demonstrate product value and improve patient care.
- Developing and executing strategic territory business plans.
- Delivering sustainable sales growth while exceeding commercial objectives.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious medical sales professional who wants to build a long-term career with an innovative manufacturer. You'll ideally have:
- 1-3 years' experience in medical device sales.
- Experience selling into NHS hospitals or clinical environments.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- The ability to engage confidently with clinicians and decision makers.
- Commercial drive, resilience and a genuine desire to exceed targets.
- Excellent organisation and territory planning skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

Experience within Infusion, IV Therapy, Regional Anaesthesia, Oncology, Critical Care or related medical device markets would be advantageous, although candidates with strong hospital-based medical sales experience from other therapy areas are also encouraged to apply.
