We’re looking for a driven and confident Medical Sales Specialist to join our Power Systems Team!
You’ll be working with a high‑value surgical power product used across multiple procedures - including Orthopaedics, Spine, Neuro, Maxillofacial and ENT - using strong commercial acumen and value‑based selling to support customers and grow our presence across your territory.

Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist
Department: Power Systems
Location: Field Based covering North East England and Scotland
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with some requirement for out-of-hours availability.
Contract: Permanent
Your Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, theatre staff, sterile services and procurement teams.
- Support customers in the use of the surgical power system and provide product guidance in clinical settings.
- Manage your territory’s activity, including planning customer visits and following up on opportunities.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities, maintaining your pipeline, and managing key accounts.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions where needed.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience in a sales role within the UK healthcare system, or relevant experience gained in a clinical or theatre-based environment.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build meaningful customer relationships.
- High levels of resilience, professionalism, and self‑motivation.
- A proactive, driven mindset with a strong desire to learn, develop and achieve success.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
