Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Neuroscience – Midlands & West (inc. Bristol & South Wales)
Pharma-Partners is exclusively supporting a European pharmaceutical company to recruit for a new MSL to join the team. As part of an established team, you will focus on driving Medical Education and Insight Gathering activities, whilst engaging with top KOLs and overseeing RWE initiatives on the territory.
For this position we can consider both experienced MSLs and strong Neuroscience profiles with alternate industry experience. If it is the latter and you do not have MSL experience, then you must have a Neurosciences background.

- Act as a scientific/medical expert in the Neurosciences field
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs and HCPs across the territory
- Provide scientific expertise and technical support to Key Opinion Leaders
- Organise and deliver medical education meetings, including presenting to large audiences
- Support company-sponsored and Investigator Initiated Research
- Identify clinical investigators with research interests aligned to the medical plan
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and medial compliance
- Effectively collaborate as part of a cross-functional field team with Commercial and Market Access colleagues
- Deliver internal training in the therapy area as required

Candidate Requirements:
- Higher Scientific or Medical/Pharmacy degree level (e.g., MSc, PhD, MPharm, MD, etc.)
- Experience as an MSL is strongly preferred
- If no MSL experience then candidates must have recent and extensive Neuroscience experience and have worked in the life sciences industry
- Demonstrable experience in KOL/HCP engagement
- Effectively assimilate scientific and clinical data to the relevant audience, with competence and confidence in presenting to large audiences
- Driving license
