Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — AI Training

About The Role

Alignерr partners with leading AI research teams and life-science organizations to build next-generation AI systems grounded in real-world scientific knowledge. We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical science professionals to help validate, evaluate, and improve AI-generated medical content — ensuring accuracy, scientific integrity, and clinical relevance.

This is a flexible, fully remote contract role designed for working professionals who want to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical and biomedical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare audiences
  • Apply your expertise in interpreting clinical trial data, medical literature, and regulatory materials to assess and improve AI outputs
  • Validate scientific narratives and ensure medical content meets the standards expected by healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Identify gaps, errors, or misleading information in AI-generated medical communications
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models handle complex medical and clinical content
  • Support the development of high-quality scientific datasets used to train and evaluate AI systems

Who You Are

  • Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with direct experience engaging healthcare professionals
  • Strong ability to interpret and critically evaluate clinical data, published literature, and regulatory documents
  • Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role — such as Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, medical advisor, or scientific communicator
  • Able to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver high-quality feedback asynchronously
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI quality review workflows
  • Familiarity with multiple therapeutic areas or cross-functional medical affairs experience
