Territory: UK, France, Netherlands, Norway, up to 50-70% travel

Purpose of Role
Join an innovative biotech organization at a pivotal stage of growth as it launches its first global Phase III oncology study in prostate cancer, while advancing a broader pipeline in solid tumours, including NSCLC. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to work closely with investigators, key opinion leaders, and study sites, helping drive the success of a landmark clinical program and improve outcomes for patients with cancer.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Trial Support
- Support company-sponsored clinical studies by engaging investigators and study sites.
- Drive study awareness and support patient enrolment and retention initiatives.
- Identify and recommend potential study sites and investigators.
- Foster strong partnerships with investigators and site staff to ensure protocol adherence and high-quality study execution.
- Serve as a key scientific liaison between study sites and internal stakeholders.
Scientific & Medical Leadership
- Provide accurate, balanced scientific and clinical information within oncology.
- Develop relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Support medical education programs, advisory boards, and scientific exchange activities.
- Represent the organization at congresses, symposia, and external scientific meetings.
- Monitor emerging clinical data, competitive intelligence, and healthcare trends to provide strategic insights.

Compliance & Collaboration
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
Qualifications
- PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced scientific/clinical degree.
- Minimum 3 years of Medical Science Manager/MSL, or equivalent Medical Affairs experience within pharma or biotech.
- Solid tumour experience required, with preference for prostate cancer, GU oncology, and/or lung cancer expertise.
- Strong understanding of clinical development, medical affairs, and healthcare systems.
- Experience working with clinical trials and external experts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English and the local language as required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
