PERMANENT 36 hrs (Monday to Friday)
To provide a comprehensive, confidential, efficient, and high-quality secretarial service to Medical Staff within the Medical Secretarial Team.
You will be required to undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties. You will transcribe confidential patient information using a voice recognition system, in conjunction with other hospital systems.
Requirements
- Possess the appropriate secretarial/administration qualifications or equivalent/training experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Excellent keyboard skills.
