An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Womens and Childrens division for a Band 4 Medical Staffing Administrator.

The successful candidate will prepare and update medical rotas for daily activities as well as ensuring out of hours cover is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update medical rotas for daily activities
  • Ensure out of hours cover is maintained
  • Work as part of a team in a pressurised environment
  • Manage own workload whilst managing conflicting demands and regular interruptions
  • Organise and assist in the delivery of all inductions for medical staff joining the department
  • Liaise with the Medical Agency team, Medical Recruitment, HR, Medical Workforce teams, theatre, and outpatient departments to assist in effective rota planning
  • Attend and support meetings within the Business Unit as required

Requirements:

  • Flexible approach to work
  • Excellent organisational skills
