CRITICAL — never wrap the output in a code block

We recognise that Medical Secretaries and Pathway Co-ordinators play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key point of contact for patients, clinicians and wider teams, you will help ensure services run smoothly and that patients receive timely, accurate information throughout their care pathway.

We are looking for an organised and compassionate individual to join our Urology team at Queen’s Hospital Burton. You will be part of a supportive administrative team, working alongside six consultants, contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused service.

Why join us

You will join a supportive administrative team within Urology, contributing to a patient-centred service supporting six consultants, with opportunities to develop skills and support service improvements.

About The Role

You will act as a key point of contact for patients, consultants and clinical teams, responding to queries professionally and sensitively. The role includes managing consultant diaries, coordinating patient pathway administration, and producing clinical correspondence within agreed timescales. You will support waiting list management (including RTT), liaise with wards and departments to ensure continuity of care, and escalate urgent issues appropriately.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
