Medical Workforce Recruitment Lead

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Medical Workforce Recruitment Lead to join our team. This role is for 37.5 hours per week and will lead on recruitment for Specialty Doctors and Consultants, ensuring smooth onboarding and clearances to NHS standards. The post holder will also lead on hot spot areas where it is hard to recruit and give advice and guidance.

The post holder will also provide specialist advice and guidance on Terms and Conditions of Employment and Trust Policies and Procedures.
