Company Description

IMLER | Independent Medico-Legal Expert Reports Ltd is a specialist provider of independent medico-legal expertise and reporting services. The organisation supports legal professionals, insurers, and litigants in person by delivering objective, evidence-based assessments that inform case outcomes. It operates with a strong focus on professional integrity, accuracy, and clear communication between medical experts and legal teams. Team members contribute to high-quality reports that help ensure fair and informed decision-making in medico-legal matters.

The Role

We are seeking experienced and newly qualified medico-legal experts to undertake independent medical examinations and prepare high-quality medico-legal reports for personal injury, private litigation, occupational health, and other civil litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals looking to expand or establish their medico-legal practice through flexible, fee-per-case work that can be integrated alongside existing NHS, private practice, or existing medico-legal commitments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
