About the Role

A rare opportunity to inherit a high-potential South East territory (London / Surrey, Kent) within a well-established healthcare technology business. This is a role for a proven field sales professional who wants ownership, autonomy, and the ability to significantly increase earnings with a strong commission structure.

Description

You will take full ownership of an established South East territory covering London, Surrey and Kent, focusing on building new sales pipeline and growing existing business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing relationships across care homes, hospitals, and healthcare groups
  • Driving new business opportunities within a live, active region
  • Delivering a consultative, solution-led sales process
  • Conducting site-based meetings and surveys, developing proposals, and closing deals
  • Building a strong pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

Profile

We are looking for high-performing, self-sufficient sales professionals with proven field sales experience.

Sales professional with clear ownership of a territory/region, ideally with exposure to healthcare, care homes, MedTech, or technical solutions sales

  • Demonstrable track record of winning new business while growing existing accounts
  • Experience managing a consultative or technically led sales process
  • Confident operating autonomously in a regional role with full accountability
  • You must be based on territory - London, Surrey, Sussex or Kent
