We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised Meeting & Events Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Meeting & Events Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring every event runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards
- Greeting delegates and guests with a warm, professional welcome
- Serving refreshments, lunches and beverages throughout events
- Maintaining presentation standards across all meeting and event areas
- Supporting weddings, conferences, private dining and other special events
- Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Working closely with colleagues across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless events
- Ensuring health, safety and food hygiene standards are always maintained

What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Has a positive, can-do attitude
- Enjoys delivering outstanding customer service
- Is confident communicating with guests and colleagues
- Works well as part of a team
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Can remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
Previous hospitality or events experience would be beneficial but isn't essential—we're happy to provide full training for the right person
Additional Information
- Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days per week
- Salary £12.71 per hour
