Meeting & Events Operations Manager

Lead a high-volume, varied events operation at DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln.

Requirements

  • Experience in Meetings & Events Operations within a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with guests and teams
  • Experience within a branded hotel (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of conferences, weddings, and events
  • Be present during key service periods to support delivery
  • Ensure all BEOs, layouts, menus, and event details are executed correctly
  • Manage labour, rotas, and staffing levels to balance service and cost
  • Drive high standards across service, presentation, and guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and audits
