The Role
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Oversees the setup and delivery of meetings, and events to ensure they run smoothly
- Liaise with different departments to coordinate logistics of events
- Ensuring that customer queries and reservations are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner
