Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting within the Alloy department for multiple Melter’s Helper, which, when fully trained, will lead to training as Melter.
Main Activities:
- Ensure all EH&S policies are followed.
- Ensure all quality processes are followed such as process releases and SOPs.
- Adhere to all Howmet Business Systems such as daily management boards, 5’s and TPM.
- Participate in problem-solving and improvement activities.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Understanding of production targets and quality procedures.
- Ability to solve problems and to foresee problems that may affect production.
- Proactive approach and capable of working in a synchronized way within a team.
- Organized and analytically accurate with the ability to understand and follow written instructions.
- Understanding of the flexibility requirements.
- Being a fast learner and able to retain information.
- Positive and reliable attitude.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work within a team or without supervision.
- Be able to work in a confined space.
