Member Engagement Assistant

Benenden Health offers an exciting opportunity for a Member Engagement Assistant within its Member Engagement Department. Working as part of the Member Engagement team provides valuable experience and enables you to develop a range of transferable skills, including the ability to perform effectively under pressure, strong communication skills, and excellent organisational abilities.

This role can be worked full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm, however we can also offer the role on a flexible basis for someone to work part time over 5 days, including school hours.

Providing comprehensive administrative support, this role is ideal for a dedicated and resilient individual. It offers an excellent opportunity to experience a wide range of member engagement activities and become a valued member of the team.

  • Proven administration skills including strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced in providing effective communications via all channels (email/letter/phone/face to face)
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver work both to a high standard and level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to exercise personal initiative and judgement
  • Good analytical skills
  • Previous experience of working with online communities/forums
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of events
