Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome! The Member Experience Team Member will manage our busy lobby operations during peak weekend business hours and provide our members with outstanding communication and support. This individual will become one of the “faces and voices” of The Little Gym on the weekends.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop a thorough understanding of The Little Gym philosophy and programs
- Open the door for every guest, greet them by name, and check them in for class
- Give lobby announcements to parents, updating them on class themes, key milestones, and gym updates
- Conduct daily sales calls, texts, and emails as well as respond to incoming inquiries and requests
- Greet Introductory, first-time guests and provide a world-class intro experience
- Communicate the amazing benefits of The Little Gym Program and curriculum to members and potential future members
- Create “Wow” moments for our members and build long-lasting relationships
- Utilize the TLG proprietary systems in accordance with processes and procedures
- Ensure all accounts are up to date with payments
- Assist coaches with class management as needed
- Additional responsibilities as needed

- You have experience in a customer service role
- You are outgoing and love to build relationships
- You have great communication skills, both verbal and written

- You have superior organizational skills and are extremely detail oriented
- You are Computer Savvy and can learn new systems quickly
- You can multi-task in an EXTREMELY busy environment
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships, and sell our amazing program

- You are flexible and able to quickly adapt in a changing environment
Schedule
This position is Saturday and Sundays from 7:30am-2:00pm
Additional shifts may be available for the right fit overtime

Compensation
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour
