About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff (AI Engineering) to work on a full-time basis. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models at scale while optimizing performance for large-scale inference systems. Responsibilities include architecting solutions for high-performance computing environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable AI/ML systems, including model training, inference optimization, and deployment pipelines
  • Develop and maintain high-performance computing infrastructure for AI workloads, ensuring efficient resource utilization
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production applications and services
  • Optimize AI model performance through techniques such as quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration
  • Research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to improve system efficiency and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX)
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Dask) for large-scale data processing
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with AI model deployment tools (ONNX, TensorRT) and optimization techniques for inference
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices
