The Role
Members of Technical Staff are high-agency generalists expected to:
- Own projects end-to-end while contributing across multiple initiatives
- Adapt rapidly in a frontier research environment where expertise spans domains

Agentic Systems & Self-Improvement
- Tool use and multi-step reasoning
- Preference learning and reward modeling
- LLM-as-judge systems
- Offline-to-online RL in unverifiable domains

- Learned simulators for deployment environments

About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have experience at a leading research lab or high-growth startup
- Deliver outsized results quickly and efficiently
- Think from first principles about systemic challenges
- Are ambitious and competitive, driven by tackling tough problems
- Operate with minimal supervision, thriving in ambiguous or incomplete structures
Practicalities
