Role: Member of Technical Staff - Legal Research (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $350K - $500K/yr
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Legal Research to work on a full-time basis. You will research and analyze complex legal and regulatory frameworks to support product development and compliance initiatives. The role involves developing technical solutions to address legal research challenges and ensuring alignment with evolving legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and interpret laws, regulations, and case law to inform product decisions
- Develop technical frameworks and tools to automate legal research processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal insights into product design
- Evaluate emerging legal trends and their potential impact on technology solutions
- Draft technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education
- Proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools
- Experience with regulatory analysis and compliance frameworks
- Ability to translate legal concepts into technical requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
