Chicago House AC is an American soccer club based in Chicago, Illinois, focused on building a sustainable, community-driven soccer organization in one of the greatest sports cities in the United States. The club includes men’s, women’s, youth, futsal, and community soccer initiatives, and is backed by an ambitious group of investors and operators committed to growing the game in Chicago and across the U.S.
As soccer continues to experience rapid growth in America — driven by rising fan interest, increased investment, expanding youth participation, and the momentum surrounding the FIFA World Cup coming to North America — Chicago House AC is positioned to become an important part of the U.S. soccer landscape.

Chicago House AC is seeking accomplished professionals, entrepreneurs, sports executives, investors, business leaders, and soccer enthusiasts across the United States to join our Board of Advisors.

Advisors will help promote the club, expand our network, identify strategic opportunities, introduce sponsors and investors, and support the long-term growth of Chicago House AC. This is an opportunity to become part of an ambitious soccer ownership and advisory group working to build a successful American soccer club with strong community impact and long-term commercial potential.
We are especially interested in advisors who can help expand Chicago House AC’s visibility, investor network, sponsor relationships, and strategic partnerships across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Chicago House AC within your professional and personal network.
- Introduce potential sponsors, commercial partners, investors, community partners, media contacts, and strategic relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance on club growth, marketing, fundraising, sponsorships, fan engagement, partnerships, community programming, and business development.
- Support revenue-generating and brand-building initiatives when appropriate.
- Participate in periodic advisory meetings and provide feedback on key priorities.
- Help identify opportunities to grow Chicago House AC’s presence among U.S. soccer fans, investors, sponsors, youth soccer organizations, local businesses, and strategic partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for soccer and the business of sports.
- Experience as an executive, entrepreneur, investor, advisor, sponsor, community leader, or business development professional.
- Strong U.S.-based professional network that can support club growth.
- Interest in sports investing, soccer operations, sponsorships, community development, youth soccer, fan engagement, or sports media.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to help open doors to investors, sponsors, commercial partners, media opportunities, youth soccer organizations, local businesses, or soccer-related relationships.
Compensation & Benefits
This advisory role offers sweat equity aligned with advisor contributions and the long-term success of Chicago House AC. Advisors will have the opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of the club, work alongside the ownership group, expand their network within the U.S. soccer industry, and participate in an exciting American soccer investment journey.
