Role Description

The Member of the Board of Advisors role at Sytuate is a remote position focused on providing strategic guidance and high-level support to the leadership team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide strategic financial oversight, leveraging skills in HR and development
  • Capacity to support evidence-based decision-making through strong Research and data interpretation abilities.
  • Background in HR or general management, with the ability to advise on product streams and customer engagement.
  • Prior experience serving on advisory boards or in senior leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or learning and development sectors.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge ideas constructively and build consensus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational dynamics, manager development, or people operations is highly beneficial.
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory decision-making and governance.
