Role Description
The Member of the Board of Advisors role at Sytuate is a remote position focused on providing strategic guidance and high-level support to the leadership team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Reviewing company performance and plans
- Offering insight on growth strategies
- Advising on key decisions related to product, market positioning, and partnerships
- Participating in regular virtual meetings
- Contributing to financial and fundraising discussions
- Helping identify opportunities and risks in the broader market landscape

- Supporting the development of long-term vision and execution

Qualifications
- Ability to provide strategic financial oversight, leveraging skills in HR and development
- Capacity to support evidence-based decision-making through strong Research and data interpretation abilities.
- Background in HR or general management, with the ability to advise on product streams and customer engagement.
- Prior experience serving on advisory boards or in senior leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or learning and development sectors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge ideas constructively and build consensus.
- Demonstrated understanding of organizational dynamics, manager development, or people operations is highly beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory decision-making and governance.
