Role Description

This is a contract-based, hybrid role for a Member Relations Executive at The LSM Club. The role is based in Greater London, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include outreach, building and maintaining relationships with members, delivering exceptional customer service, managing member inquiries, ensuring a high standard of engagement, and assisting in event coordination.

The Member Relations Executive will also support membership retention and growth through strategic communication and relationship management.

Involves

  • Source prospective members, network, events, introductions, and targeted outreach
  • Run discovery conversations and guide applicants through the vetting and onboarding process
  • Represent LSM at networking events, private dinners, brand activations, and partner events across London
  • Post, feature, and advocate for LSM across your personal social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok where relevant)
  • Coordinate with the founder on pipeline, events, and partnership introductions
  • Maintain clean records in our CRM (Notion and connected tools)
  • Feed insights back on what is resonating with members and prospects

Qualifications

  • Strong Member Relations and Customer Service skills to build lasting connections and manage member satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with members and team members
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for understanding member preferences and improving overall engagement
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social event planning and handling membership platforms is a plus
  • Experience in a customer-driven or hospitality role will be considered an advantage

Compensation and progression

  • Months 1 to 5: Commission-only on every new member you personally convert, with performance tier uplifts as you hit volume and retention targets.
  • Month 6 onwards: Move to a base salary plus commission structure, subject to hitting agreed performance targets in the first 5 months

Event access, branded assets, and dedicated marketing support for personal brand content tied to LSM. Specific commission rates and base salary figures shared at interview stage
