Job Title
We are looking for a full time professional and customer-focused Member Services Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ.
About the Role
As a key member of the Member Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate and compliant member records, and supporting membership growth through outbound contact with prospective members.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The salary for this position is £27,976 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and register new memberships accurately through email, live chat, and telephone.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to member enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Contact partially registered members to encourage completion of membership applications.
- Accept membership payments over the telephone in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate member records and support compliance requirements, including GDPR.
- Assist members with website-related queries and explain membership processes and benefits.
- Support the wider team and undertake additional duties as required.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience (Essential)
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, or live chat.
- Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling challenging customer situations professionally.
